I am a junior at New York University Abu Dhabi from Latvia studying Interactive Media. I am passionate about creative use of technology as a tool to express myself and my ideas. I am particularly interested in digital design, user experience design and software art. My web projects focus on highlighting intuitive user interaction as well as simple and clean design.

I will be studying away in New York in Spring 2019 and I am hoping to broaden my experience in the interactive media field by taking classes at Tisch School of the Arts (Interactive Media Arts Program) as well as graphic design classes. The only thing that worries me is the cold weather after 3 warm years in the Abu Dhabi sun.
